Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager – Finance Technology Solutions to lead end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives supporting core financial processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Close & Consolidation, Treasury, Cash Management, and Financial Controls.

You will drive governance, partner management, and cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, IT, and external vendors. The role requires 5+ years of technology PM experience, PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification, and strong SDLC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology project management experience delivering enterprise solutions.
• PM/PGMP/PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification.
• Strong delivery discipline: planning, RAID, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners/vendors.
• Experience with SDLC/implementation lifecycle and coordinating requirements, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle as a PM for Finance Technology initiatives (initiate → plan → execute → test → deploy → stabilize).
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Own scope management, RAID tracking, escalation, and action planning; run governance routines.
• Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT), deployment readiness, training, and user adoption.
• Track post‑go‑live outcomes, stabilization metrics, and lessons learned to drive improvement.
