Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in event management and a proven track record handling in-person and virtual events
  • Ability to manage onsite logistics, including volunteers, room flow, and issue escalation
  • Experience guiding speakers on virtual content rules and technical presentation best practices
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication across stakeholders
  • Familiarity with design/visual vendors to ensure high-quality event docs and social media presence
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools

Job description
