Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Senior Tax & Reporting Lead to strengthen global capabilities in tax and statutory data across countries. You will manage a team of specialists and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting, while collaborating with in-market finance teams, GBS, and external providers.

The role emphasizes governance, quality, and continuous process improvement, with a hybrid work model and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in tax and statutory reporting within a global organization.
• Experience leading teams and developing staff.
• Extensive knowledge of statutory compliance, corporate taxation, VAT/indirect taxes, and group reporting.
• Strong month-end closing and trial balance experience.
• Experience working with external tax/compliance service providers.
• Understanding of accounting standards and end-to-end data flow.
• Proficient with ERP platforms such as SAP or CFIN and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 specialists and oversee development and performance.
• Oversee tax and statutory reporting cycle, including financial statements and group reporting.
• Ensure data quality and governance with external service providers and auditors.
• Track KPIs with Tax Service Providers and manage escalation handling.
• Improve processes through standardization and automation initiatives.
• Support cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing across Capgemini Polska.
