Job summary

Banking Circle in Warsaw seeks a Senior FATCA/CRS Reporting Specialist to own end-to-end tax transparency reporting across multiple jurisdictions. You will combine regulatory expertise, data analytics, and project work to ensure timely, accurate submissions and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with tax authorities, external advisors, and software vendors, drive automation, and maintain documentation. Fluency in English is required and Polish language skills are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or banking sector with regulatory reporting focus.
• Strong understanding of FATCA/CRS regulations and OECD schemas.
• Excellent data handling and XML validation skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FATCA/CRS reporting across Banking Circle entities.
• Validate data, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with tax authorities, external advisors, and software/vendors.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the reporting lifecycle.
• Document policies, procedures, and controls; support onboarding and training.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to project work.
