Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in tax, statutory accounting, or finance in an international environment.
• Proven experience in team management or leadership.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, tax reporting, and data flows.
• Experience in SSC, BPO, or outsourced delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance and statutory reporting for a global client.
• Oversee performance of external Managed Service Providers, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Monitor delivery, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
• Review and validate tax and financial data.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational tax matters.
• Develop a team of tax professionals.
• Drive process improvements and ensure operational continuity.
