Job summary

Capgemini Poznań is seeking a Tax & Reporting Coordinator to join our Tax & Reporting team. You will ensure timely, accurate and compliant tax and statutory data delivery across multiple jurisdictions, working with GBS operations, in-market finance teams and external providers.

You will lead a small team, manage the full tax and statutory reporting cycle (CIT, VAT and indirect taxes), strengthen governance and drive continuous improvements, while supporting complex cases during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in tax and statutory reporting in an international environment.
• English skills written and spoken at C1 level.
• Strong expertise in statutory reporting, corporate tax, VAT/indirect taxes, and group tax reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing outsourced tax providers.
• Track record of driving process changes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and ensure high-quality delivery within tax and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with Head of Tax & Statutory Delivery and Group Tax teams for smooth coordination.
• Manage full tax and statutory reporting cycle: statutory accounts, CIT, VAT, indirect taxes and group reporting.
• Provide accurate data to external providers for tax filings and statutory accounts.
• Strengthen governance, controls and documentation aligned with Tax Governance Framework.
