Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Global Talent Sourcing Partner (Mid/Senior) to join our Global Talent Scout Team spanning Poland, India and Brazil. You will build diverse, reusable pipelines, craft market insights and shape sourcing strategies with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers across regions.

You’ll apply advanced search techniques, engage passive talent with tailored outreach, and develop talent maps to guide hiring decisions.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or executive search.
Advanced knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
Experience working with international team members across markets.
Strong candidate engagement, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
Experience creating talent maps or market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Data-informed approach and ability to challenge assumptions.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading key sourcing projects across global markets and business lines.
Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to turn business needs into sourcing strategies.
Identifying and engaging passive talent through personalised outreach.
Creating talent maps, market insights and competitor intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Building diverse, reusable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Applying advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean, X-Ray and innovative search methodologies.
Using sourcing data, market feedback and talent trends to continuously improve results.
Contributing to the evolution of our global sourcing capability by sharing best practices.
