Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software in Poland is seeking a Global Talent Sourcing Partner (Mid/Senior) to strengthen our sourcing across regions and business lines. You will attract, engage and pipeline outstanding talent while providing market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.

You’ll lead global sourcing projects, partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers, identify passive candidates, build talent maps and competitive intelligence, and continuously evolve our sourcing

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or executive search.
• Advanced knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
• Experience working with international team members and sourcing across different markets.
• Strong candidate engagement, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience creating talent maps, market research or competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• A consultative, data-informed approach and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of other European languages will be an additional advantage

Become the next Global Talent Sourcing Partner (Mid/Senior) for our Global Talent Scout Team and help improve how we find outstanding talent worldwide. You will have a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our sourcing presence while becoming part of an experienced, collaborative global Talent Sourcing team spanning Poland, India and Brazil. Working across multiple regions and business areas, you will help attract, engage and pipeline exceptional talent while providing market insights that support strategic hiring decisions.

Our Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is 107,300 to 238,000 PLN gross annually. We are considering candidates for both mid-level and senior-level opportunities within this role. As a result, the salary range is intentionally broad. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
