Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in talent sourcing or recruitment.
Proven ability to identify passive candidates.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent English; ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

Actively source passive candidates for technical roles across Poland and international markets.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for specific positions and business requirements.
Perform Boolean and other direct search techniques to identify potential candidates.
Screen candidates and present relevant profiles to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines and ensure accurate ATS data.
Prepare basic sourcing reports and recruitment metrics.
Maintain a positive candidate experience with professional communication.
Adhere to data protection requirements and recruitment procedures.
