Huawei is seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to actively source passive candidates for technical roles in Poland and international markets, focusing on energy, telecom, and sales. The role requires developing tailored sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sourcing experience, strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and familiarity with Boolean search, ATS, and Excel. Hybrid work arrangements are negotiable and a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or direct search.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive and hard-to-find candidates.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present job opportunities.
• Experience with Excel and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and identify passive candidates for technical roles in energy, telecom, and sales across Poland and international markets.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to positions and business requirements.
• Perform advanced candidate searches using Boolean Search and other direct sourcing techniques.
• Identify potential candidates and assess their experience and fit for the role.
• Screen candidates and present relevant profiles to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and ensure data quality.
