Siemens AG in Poland is seeking a Global Talent Sourcing Partner (Mid/Senior) to join our Global Talent Scout Team and enhance our talent sourcing across worldwide markets. You will collaborate with regional teams in Poland, India and Brazil to attract, engage and pipeline outstanding talent while offering market insights for strategic hiring.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or executive search.
Advanced knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
Experience working with international team members and sourcing across different markets.
Strong candidate engagement, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
Experience creating talent maps, market research or competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
A consultative, data-informed approach and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Leading key sourcing projects across global markets and business lines.
Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to turn business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
Identifying and engaging passive talent through personalised, insight-led outreach.
Creating talent maps, market insights and competitor intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Building diverse, reusable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Applying advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean, X-Ray and innovative search methodologies.
Using sourcing data, market feedback and talent trends to continuously improve results.
Contributing to the evolution of our global sourcing capability by sharing best practices and new approaches.
