AsstrA is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, focusing on international recruitment across Poland, the EU and the USA. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, source candidates across multiple markets and coordinate onboarding and HR administration with payroll providers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR, strong English and Polish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an international team with a proactive approach.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably international or multicultural.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle across multiple markets (Poland, EU, US).
• Proficient sourcing methods using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Strong command of Polish and English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive, independent teamwork.

• Manage full recruitment cycle for roles across Poland, US and EU.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and track KPIs.
