Qualifications

• 5–6 years in Sales, Business Development or Account Management within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain solutions.
• At least 3 years in a dedicated Key Account Management role.
• Solid understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics services, including multimodal transport solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven negotiation skills.
• Experience in preparing commercial offers, pricing strategies and managing tender processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and retain long-term customer relationships.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop relationships with strategic and existing customers.
• Drive organic growth within assigned accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Lead commercial activities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract implementation.
• Prepare tailored business proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Coordinate and actively participate in RFQs, RFPs and tender processes.
• Promote AsstrA’s logistics portfolio and value-added solutions to key customers.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Monitor account performance, profitability and revenue growth (GP & GPM%).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records and reporting within CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, Legal and other internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
