Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in volume roles.
• Experience with Workday HR platform preferred.
• Proficient in assessing and screening candidates.
• Experience with ATS, especially Workday.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish (C2).

• Full-Cycle Recruitment for volume roles in Banking Operational/Risk.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Management to meet headcount targets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and strategies.
• Maintain candidate experience with timely feedback throughout hiring.
• Research labor market trends and salary benchmarks in financial services.
• Track KPI metrics and optimize the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and policies.
