Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking a Global Process Owner for Talent Acquisition & Development to design, govern, and continuously improve global talent processes across acquisition, onboarding, performance, learning, succession, and talent reviews.

You will lead standardization, digital transformation, and operational excellence while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, employees, managers, and HR teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
• Proven success in process ownership, HR transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and digital HR solutions, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Experience working in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive changes across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development processes.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable, and efficient ways of working.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with P&C, business leaders, Shared Services, and IT to optimize processes and systems.
• Define and monitor process KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance, process governance, and global best practice adoption.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across a global organization.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization using Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
