Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist for its Global Shared Services in Kraków. The role works in a hybrid model with two days in the office, reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Team Leader.

You will manage data entry, maintain supplier databases, and generate standard and custom reports. Strong English and at least one additional language are preferred, with a BA in Business or equivalent and 1+ years in shared services or supply chain.

Qualifications

• BA in Business or Equivalent is required.
• Min 1 year experience in Shared Services, customer service and supply chain.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry management and maintenance of supplier data.
• Support vendor master data and database management processes.
• Input, review and verify information for accuracy in the system.
• Coordinate document management operations and ensure secure storage.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc reports using databases.
• Provide guidance and training on Vendor Master Data.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve data quality.
