Job summary

Sol-Millennium Medical Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own the international supply chain, optimize imports from China, and drive cost-efficient logistics, warehousing and inventory planning.

You will lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists, coordinate with Sales Operations, ensure on-time fulfillment and regulatory compliance, and build scalable processes for rapid growth in a dynamic medical devices business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with international imports, ideally from China/Asia.
• Proven experience in warehouse, inventory, and 3PL management.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on cost and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end import of finished goods from China, working with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs partners, and 3PL providers.
• Plan and optimize the supply chain for high-volume, low-unit-value products, with strong focus on freight, handling, warehousing, and total landed-cost efficiency.
• Lead the development and optimization of our warehouse strategy and network.
• Own demand, supply, and inventory planning, balancing product availability with working capital.
• Drive inventory optimization and reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.
• Manage supply chain costs, budgets, KPIs, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including timely Intrastat reporting.
• Identify risks and implement solutions that improve supply chain performance and scalability.
• Lead the team of Supply Chain Specialists, working closely with Sales Operations department on customer order fulfillment and service level assurance.
