Job summary

Novartis in Warsaw, Poland seeks an End to End Planning Manager to drive network supply, optimize inventory, and ensure demand completeness across planning horizons. You will own end-to-end planning for assigned molecule brands and help ensure reliable product availability across the global network.

Collaborating with Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Product teams, you will translate market demand into manufacturing requirements, balance capacity and inventory, and lead optimization

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of supply planning experience within pharmaceutical/biotech or similar regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing supply plans across complex global networks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand, supply, inventory, capacity).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for supply chain planning and operational decision-making.
• Experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse for planning and scenario management.
• Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned molecule brands across the global manufacturing network.
• Balance demand, inventory, capacity, and supply risks to ensure reliable product supply.
• Develop and maintain supply plans supporting short-term operations and long-term objectives.
• Translate market demand into manufacturing requirements and align plans across production sites.
• Lead planning decisions for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Product supply across the network.
• Partner with site planners and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Monitor supply performance, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Evaluate supply and capacity scenarios and recommend actions to support availability and efficiency.
• Support product launches, transfers, and lifecycle events through planning and inventory strategies.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and overall network performance.
