Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Supply Network Planner responsible for managing the full order management cycle, master data, invoicing, and inventory while aligning with internal and external requirements.

You will build relationships with customers and manufacturing sites, ensure on-time delivery, optimize forecast accuracy, and maintain accurate planning data in a highly regulated, international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional, and highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cultural awareness skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, including under time pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, OMP, Tableau, Anaplan, and other planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive, transparent communication and effective problem solving.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Ensure customer inventory is replenished on time based on the latest forecast.
• Work with customers to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
• Apply a consistent problem-solving approach and drive process improvements with customers and the team.
• Ensure accuracy of Supply Network Planning master data and transactional data.
