Job summary

Ferrosan Medical Devices is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Poland to optimize end-to-end planning and material availability across sites in Denmark and Poland. You will manage daily planning, procurement, and logistics, while leveraging SAP ECC and S&OP processes to ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy.

The role requires strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a hands-on approach and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding across planning, purchasing, and logistics.
• Experience with SAP ECC (or similar ERP) in planning or procurement.
• Analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights.
• Structured, proactive, with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily planning, procurement, and logistics across end-to-end supply chain.
• Monitor POs, production plans, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain master data in SAP, including lead times, safety stock, and BOM structures.
• Support S&OP and forecasting by monitoring demand and supply balances.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Denmark and Poland sites.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement initiatives to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Support supplier performance management with KPI monitoring.
