Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join our Global Software Support Hub in Poland.

You will coordinate between customers, project managers and technicians across our Sweden, Germany and Italy product centers to support error-proofing and data analysis solutions. You will deploy software remotely, analyze alerts, document activities, and assist with testing and training in a hybrid work setup at the Gromadka center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or proven work experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a software support organization.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts on weekends/public holidays when needed.
• Travel willingness and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and update Atlas Copco software remotely.
• Respond to alerts and analyze issues via remote access or escalate to Tech Centers.
• Document all activities in the ticketing system.
• Operate contract-specific phone support lines.
• Set up and maintain hub IT infrastructure for testing and training.
• Support testing of new software releases.
• Handle tickets about license issues.
• Create process descriptions for deployments and troubleshooting.
