Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Project Manager - Specialty Rental (North Central Europe) to deliver Air and Power rental projects safely, efficiently, and profitably. The role reports to the Regional Operations Excellence Manager and involves hybrid work with travel across North Central Europe, including Warsaw, Katowice, Oberhausen, or Helsinki.

You will manage rental projects, support Sales Engineers, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive improvements in project management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technical, industrial, engineering, rental, or energy-related environment.

• Manage rental projects from planning to completion.

Your roleAs a Project Manager - Specialty Rental (North Central Europe), your mission is to deliver Air and Power rental projects safely, efficiently, and profitably while supporting the growth of Atlas Copco Rental across the region. You will report to the Regional Operations Excellence Manager

You will:

• Manage rental projects from planning to completion
• Support Sales Engineers with technical and project expertise
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, costs, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen project management capabilities across the region

To succeed, you will need

You have 3+ years of project management experience in a technical, industrial, engineering, rental, or energy-related environment.

• Strong technical understanding of Air, Power, or related solutions
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Fluent English communication skills
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and improvement-oriented mindset

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and can be based in Warsaw, Katowice, Oberhausen, or Helsinki. Regular travel within North Central Europe is required.
