Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Management Accounting GPO Manager to lead global SMAS processes and drive standardization across regions and sites. You will define global standards, govern end-to-end processes, and coordinate with Global Supply Chain Finance, Digital & Tech, and other GPOs.

A senior leader with 15+ years in manufacturing finance is required. You will manage a small team, champion process simplification, and contribute to ERP transformation efforts including SAP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 15 years’ experience in manufacturing finance, management accounting, product costing, and financial reporting processes.
• Extensive experience in a similar role with people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end SMAS finance processes across regions and sites.
• Lead a team of 2–4 direct reports; coach, motivate, develop, and plan succession.
• Define global process standards, operating procedures, controls, and RACI frameworks.
