Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP/Oracle implementations, and cross-functional programs across regions. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while applying appropriate PM methodologies.

In a role with regional reach, you will coordinate internal teams and external partners, protect quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program management roles
• Finance transformation project experience
• Experience in multinational corporations or large matrixed organizations
• Expertise with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PM tools (MS Project, Service Now, Jira, Kanbanize)

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success criteria.
• Create detailed plans and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to milestones and monitor progress.
• Maintain governance, deliverables, and budget adherence.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate risks and updates.
• Provide post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
