Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Process Expert to serve as a deep SME in end-to-end finance processes, supporting cross-functional integration across R2R, P2P, O2C and related finance operations. You will standardize, document, improve, and deploy global finance processes with process owners, optimization teams, technology and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience in finance operations or shared services with P2P expertise.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) and process mapping tools (Signavio).
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process documentation for R2R and related finance processes.
• Act as SME for process design and global standardization initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for simplification, control improvements and automation.
• Support transformation programs and digital finance initiatives with GPO/GPOE.
• Provide business requirements for ERP enhancements and process technology tools.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead or support testing, training and change management during deployments.
• Monitor process performance and assist in KPI design and validation.
• Maintain global finance process taxonomy and alignment across systems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice forums.
