Job summary

Siemens Energy in Poland seeks a Civil Field Engineer (f/m/d) to drive safe, high-quality execution of complex industrial construction projects in an international project environment.

You will work closely with the Civil Site Manager, coordinate subcontractors and consortium partners, and ensure compliance with EHS requirements while upholding a Zero Harm culture. Travel worldwide is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in civil engineering.
• Experience in complex industrial EPC/CP projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and EHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Own the civil works scope and ensure safe, high-quality, timely, cost-efficient execution on site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and CP partners to foster collaboration across stakeholders.
• Promote a Zero Harm culture and ensure EHS compliance throughout construction activities.
• Manage deviations, claims, risks, and corrective actions, escalating impacts to site management.
• Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and reporting with transparent communication.
• Ensure technical changes and documentation, including As-Built, are handed over to Engineering.
