Job summary
Siemens Energy in Poland is seeking a Civil Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities for energy infrastructure projects, including HVDC and FACTS, across domestic and international job sites. You will manage the construction team, ensure schedule adherence, quality, and budget, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires a civil engineering degree and several years in turnkey/EPC plant construction, with strong HSE knowledge and a willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering.
- Several years of turnkey/EPC experience in large-scale plant construction.
- HSE knowledge and/or safety coordinator background.
- Willingness to travel worldwide for long-term assignments.
- Interest in digital technologies and modern work methods.
Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure subcontractors perform per contract within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with HSE/EHS, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate technical specs and management of the site team.
- Monitor progress and schedules; initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project budget and identify opportunities/risks; support CIP.
- Maintain as-built docs and regular site reporting; support continuous improvement.
