Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a German-speaking Civil Site Manager to lead international energy infrastructure projects in Poland and beyond. You will manage on-site construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance across domestic and international job sites.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree with EPC experience, strong HSE knowledge, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering.
Several years of turnkey/EPC experience in large-scale plant construction (e.g., HVDC, power plants).
Knowledge of HSE management and/or safety coordination, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Intercultural competence and experience in international project environments; willingness to travel worldwide.
Business-level proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize, manage, and supervise all construction activities on site and ensure subcontractors perform per contract.
Ensure compliance with HSE/EHS requirements, regulations, and safety standards on site.
Coordinate technical specifications and management of the site team; ensure alignment with project stakeholders.
Monitor progress, schedules, budgets, and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
Support CIP processes and as-built documentation; contribute to risk management.
