Job summary
Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support projects in Poland and abroad, focusing on occupational safety and environmental protection. You will partner with project management and subcontractors to ensure that all works meet legal, business, and organizational requirements.
The role requires at least three years in an OHS team on construction sites (preferably in energy), strong communication and leadership, Polish and English fluency, and a willingness to travel for
Qualifications
- Qualifications required for performing OHS duties in accordance with Polish regulations.
- Higher technical education.
- Polish and English proficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an OHS team on construction sites (energy sector preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support OHS and environmental protection on Siemens Energy projects in Poland and abroad.
- Provide proactive EHS advisory, training, and assistance to project management and subcontractors.
- Regularly inspect and evaluate working conditions, monitor compliance, and stop non-compliant work.
- Promote ZERO HARM culture and raise awareness of occupational safety and environmental protection.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, participate in audits, and oversee corrective actions.
