Job summary

Air Liquide Kraków seeks a Site HSES Specialist to implement and continuously improve health, safety and environmental standards on construction projects worldwide. The role requires coordinating safety programs, training E&C teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance across project life cycles, from bidding to start-up.

The candidate will work in Kraków, Poland, with frequent worldwide travel. Strong knowledge of HSE in construction and English/Polish fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE within construction/engineering projects.
• Ability to train sites on safety topics (work at height, confined space, etc).
• Knowledge of regulatory safety requirements for construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve project safety requirements across E&C activities.
• Conduct site safety trainings for E&C staff.
• Identify HSES requirements for projects and ensure compliance.
• Support contractor qualification per HSES rules.
• Prepare HSES organization for bids through start-up.
