Job summary

Flex is seeking an EHS Manager in Poland to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives for our production sites in and around Tczew. You will implement and oversee HSE policies, ensure ISO 45001/14001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will mentor the EHS team, develop training and awareness programs, and coordinate audits with stakeholders. Fluency in English and Polish, university-level HSE education, and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations, ISO 14001/45001.
• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain high ethical standards.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills; able to perform under pressure.
• Internal auditor certification would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the company’s HSE policy and ISO 45001/14001 compliance.
• Lead and mentor the EHS team and foster high performance.
• Develop and improve HSE, Recycling policies, procedures and awareness programs.
• Monitor workplace conditions, identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage documentation on accidents, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Support design of new workstations and safety guidelines for machines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and health professionals to enhance safety.
• Coordinate external and customer audits related to HSE and Recycling.
