Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Service Procurement Coordinator in Krakow to join the Procurement Compliance Team. You will gatekeep services, support Healthcare and Life Science plants, and ensure materials availability while managing supplier performance and quality concerns.

You will collaborate across Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs on materials ranging from raw materials to packaging.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English verbal and written communication; a second European language is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Chemistry, RD&E, Planning, Procurement, or Project Management.
• Higher education in Business or a related field.
• Proactive mindset, anticipating problems, opportunities and challenges.
• Resiliency and adaptability to changing workplace variables.
• Open mindset and continuous improvement approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; self-driven and able to communicate at various levels.
• Experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment is advantageous.
• SAP (MM, PP module) experience will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted supply and service to plants by resolving issues and managing escalations.
• Drive supplier performance, quality, and compliance through action plans and evaluations.
• Build partnerships with plants and procurement stakeholders, providing visibility and communication.
• Promote efficiency and long-term performance through data analysis and process optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and cross-department alignments.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Represent procurement compliance in various forums.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure high service levels for business partners.
• Operate as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of responsibility.
