Job summary

Ecolab Krakow is seeking a Junior Associate in Supply Chain to join the Poland & Baltics team. This 18‑month full‑time role is offered via Manpower and focuses on hands‑on experience in a dynamic supply chain environment.

You will support order management, inventory control, and delivery coordination while collaborating with internal teams across service, logistics and procurement. English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Polish & English verbal and written communication.
• Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or planning.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Capable of organizing work, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, coachable and eager to learn and take ownership.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations including order management, inventory monitoring and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, procurement, warehouses and transport providers.
• Track product availability, delayed orders and delivery issues; escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain accurate master data, order information and supply chain records.
• Prepare regular operational reports and assist analysis of service, inventory and delivery performance.
• Support stock allocation, replenishment and inventory control activities.
• Communicate order and delivery updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help standardize supply chain activities.

Employment Details

This position is offered as an 18‑month full‑time employment via Manpower agency (contingent role), providing a structured opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic supply chain environment.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including order management, inventory monitoring, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, procurement, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Follow up on product availability, delayed orders, and delivery issues, escalating risks when necessary.
• Maintain accurate master data, order information, and supply chain records.

• Communicate order and delivery updates clearly to internal stakeholders.

What You Will Need

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in Polish & English.
• Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, customer service, planning, or a related area; relevant internships are welcome.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, will be an asset.
• Good numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn, take ownership, and solve problems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams.
