Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Service Procurement Coordinator in Krakow to join the Procurement Compliance Team. You will gatekeep services, support Healthcare and Life Science plants, and ensure materials availability while managing supplier performance and quality concerns.

You will collaborate across Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs on materials ranging from raw materials to packaging.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English verbal and written communication; a second European language is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Chemistry, RD&E, Planning, Procurement, or Project Management.
• Higher education in Business or a related field.
• Proactive mindset, anticipating problems, opportunities and challenges.
• Resiliency and adaptability to changing workplace variables.
• Open mindset and continuous improvement approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; self-driven and able to communicate at various levels.
• Experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment is advantageous.
• SAP (MM, PP module) experience will be an asset.

Procurement Data Compliance Team in Cracow is one of three Centers of Excellence in Europe having direct connection with other two in Barcelona and Zurich. Cracow along with Pune hub is one of two bases for European Procurement data operations.

Right now, we are looking for a Service Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement Compliance Team.

As a Service Procurement Coordinator you will act as a service gatekeeper and provide necessary support for Healthcare and Life Science plants assuring direct materials availability, accurate service level provided by suppliers and support plants quality complains management. You will be able to work with stakeholders from different departments including Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Planning, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and on different type of materials (raw material, packaging).

What You Will Do:

• Ensuring uninterrupted supply and service to plants by resolving operational issues, managing escalations, mitigating risks, and coordinating responses to critical supply disruptions.
• Driving supplier performance, quality, and compliance through issue resolution, corrective actions, performance reviews, and structured supplier evaluation processes.
• Building strong partnerships with plants, operational leaders, and procurement stakeholders by providing visibility, facilitating communication, and representing procurement interests across the organization.
• Promoting efficiency and long-term performance improvement through data analysis, process optimization, best practice sharing, KPI governance, and proactive risk management initiatives.
• Leading continuous improvement activities, take an active role in cross-department alignments, optimization projects, etc.
• Providing training for new members of the team/department.
• Representing procurement compliance (CSP) on various forums.
• Conducting in-depth analysis to ensure high level of service to our business partners.
• Operating as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of responsibility.

What You Will Need:
