Job summary

Winged IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a leading biotech company, focused on the Service AI portfolio governance across global teams. This is a business-oriented program management role rather than IT coding, requiring strong stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication.

You will drive roadmaps, coordinate international stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure adoption of digital, automation, and AI-enabled changes in Customer Care, Field Service, and support

Qualifications

• MBA or related master's degree required.
• PM/Program management certification preferred.
• 7+ years of PM/PGM in large-scale global programs.
• Experience in customer care or field service is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the Service AI program roadmap end-to-end.
• Translate objectives into plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Coordinate global regional teams, partners, and tech functions.
• Lead steering updates, business-case refinements, and stage-gate reviews.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and address them.
