Job summary

MAHLE GmbH is seeking a Global SAP SF Compensation & Talent Management Consultant (In-house) to help lead and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Succession modules. You will work with international HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive global rollouts from a central in-house position.

The role offers exposure to Total Rewards topics, continuous learning, and a collaborative environment within MAHLE’s global HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance & Goals (PMGM).
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or global rollout projects.
• Understanding of compensation, performance and talent management processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and proactive approach.
• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP SuccessFactors Compensation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Support and optimize Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.
• Support annual compensation review and bonus planning processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with global HR, Compensation and business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best-practice solutions aligned with the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Drive global rollouts, system improvements and integration initiatives.
• Manage SuccessFactors-related projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Your Contribution

At MAHLE, SAP SuccessFactors supports key Talent Management and Compensation processes for employees around the world. As part of our global HR IT team, you will help enhance Performance & Goals Management, Succession, and Compensation solutions, working with international HR and business stakeholders. Your Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or global rollout projects
• Understanding of compensation, performance and talent management processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience working with global stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus
• Fluent English and proactive approach
• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
