Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global SAP e-invoicing transformation programme delivering regulatory compliance across multiple markets. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee governance and risk management.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and delivering SAP FI/SD/MM and e-invoicing solutions across Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the UK, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering multi-country SAP deployments and rollouts.
• Experience with SAP e-invoicing solutions and SAP DRC.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution across scope, timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business functions, IT, SAP vendors, SI partners and external providers.
• Lead workshops, steering meetings and cross-functional discussions for alignment and decisions.
• Identify, track and manage dependencies, risks, issues and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate solution build, testing, deployment and rollout across multiple countries.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technology teams throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, report status to senior leadership and drive mitigation plans.
• Support programme governance and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
