Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global SAP e-invoicing transformation programme delivering regulatory compliance across multiple markets. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee governance and risk management.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and delivering SAP FI/SD/MM and e-invoicing solutions across Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the UK, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering multi-country SAP deployments and rollouts.
• Experience with SAP e-invoicing solutions and SAP DRC.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a global SAP e-invoicing transformation programme delivering critical regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple international markets.

This is a highly visible and strategic programme involving collaboration across Finance, Procurement, Tax, Legal, Sales & Distribution, SAP, IBM, and external e-invoicing partners. Upcoming deployments will focus on Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the UK, and Mexico, supporting compliance with rapidly evolving e-invoicing regulations.

This is a functional Project Management role and is not suited to SAP configuration or technical implementation specialists. The successful candidate will excel at stakeholder management, programme coordination, governance, and delivery across complex global workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholders across business functions, IT teams, SAP vendors, system integrators, and external partners.
• Lead project workshops, steering meetings, and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment and decision-making.
• Identify, track, and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate solution build, testing, deployment, and rollout activities across multiple countries.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technology teams throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, report status to senior leadership, and drive mitigation plans where required.
• Support programme governance and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Required Experience

• Proven Project Management experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong track record of managing multi-country deployments and rollouts.
• Good understanding of SAP FI (Finance), SD (Sales & Distribution), and MM (Materials Management) processes.
• Experience delivering SAP e-invoicing solutions, ideally involving SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with large system integrators such as IBM.
• Excellent communication, planning, governance, and risk management skills.

Preferred Experience

• FMCG industry background.
• Experience working with e-invoicing providers such as EDICOM.
• Understanding of VAT, indirect tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven SAP programmes.
• Exposure to global transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions and countries.
