Job summary

Mars in Warsaw is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Operations Lead to drive end-to-end invoicing across multiple countries and platforms. You will lead onboarding, ensure compliant invoice generation, and monitor delivery performance while collaborating with IT, ERP, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Education in finance or related field as listed.
• Significant experience in Billing, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, E-Invoicing, or EDI operations.
• Experience leading customer onboarding and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and customer electronic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end e-invoicing across multiple countries and platforms.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoice generation and transmission.
• Monitor invoice delivery performance and resolve failures.
• Oversee e-invoice validation, submission, and acknowledgment.
• Manage compliance with local tax, legal, and e-invoicing regulations.
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation of e-invoicing requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP, and third-party providers to enhance systems.
• Provide governance to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce failures and processing times.
