Job summary

BPX is seeking an experienced SAP FIN Enablement Consultant – EU E-Invoicing to support the rollout of electronic invoicing and digital tax reporting across European entities. The role focuses on translating EU regulatory requirements into SAP functional designs and coordinating across Finance, Tax, and IT teams.

The successful candidate will drive configuration, testing, and production readiness for multi-country deployments, with a remote-first arrangement and English as the working language.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing e-invoicing or digital tax reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP FI and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance is preferred.
• Experience with government platforms or e-invoicing networks.
• Ability to translate country laws into solution requirements.
• Experience across multiple European countries preferred.
• English at least B2; C1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse e-invoicing and digital-reporting requirements for EU countries.
• Translate legal and business requirements into SAP designs.
• Support configuration and implementation of SAP e-invoicing solutions.
• Coordinate requirements across Finance, Tax, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Integration teams.
• Support integration with government platforms and service providers.
• Define invoice data, formats, mappings and validation rules.
• Support monitoring, error handling and audit-trail processes.
• Coordinate testing with local Finance and Tax representatives.
• Support country deployment, cutover and production readiness.
• Work with stakeholders to address changes in local requirements.
