The role focuses on standardization, KPI/RACI definitions, and scalable operating standards across international sales subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, Commercial Excellence or Business Process Management.
• Proven track record in standardizing and transforming sales-related processes in an international environment.
• Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services or Business Process Outsourcing organizations.
• Hands-on experience leading international transition and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of process migration, operating model design and organizational change management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and moderation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Sales Administration and Sales Support processes across the international Phoenix Contact sales entities.
• Design and implement standardized global processes for Sales Administration within the SSC.
• Drive the transformation, harmonization and continuous improvement of Sales Administration and Sales Support processes.
• Develop and implement standardized operating models and ensure sustainable local governance, including roles, responsibilities, RACI, structures and service delivery standards.
• Lead transition and migration projects from local organizations into the SSC environment.
• Define and implement KPIs, SLAs and performance management frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process harmonization, automation and digitalization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders.
• Manage change and stakeholder engagement throughout the transition process.
• Establish best practices and governance structures for future country roll-ins.
• Support capability building within the SSC and develop long-term operational excellence standards.
