Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Kraków is seeking an experienced Sales Planning & Operations professional to support Run-Rate forecasting and global sales processes across SMB and GVS segments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient sales workflows and automate processes using CRM and reporting tools. You will develop and deliver reports, maintain data hygiene, and partner with finance, analytics and operations to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales planning and operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience working globally in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate data and drive decisions.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Global governance, design, stakeholder alignment, and operational support of Run-Rate predictive forecasting
• Maintaining and improving CRM data hygiene to support scalability
• Gather, organize and review operational data
• Supporting the automation of routine sales processes
• Develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations
• Building strong working relationships across sales, analytics, finance, and operations teams to support planning and execution
• Applying a foundational understanding of Cisco’s go-to-market strategy to contribute to team direction
