Job summary

Linde Material Handling is looking for a Sales Front Office Coordinator to support the Wave 1 deployment of the SAP S/4HANA migration across multiple European countries. You will coordinate local Key Users, testing, and training while driving process improvements throughout the rollout.

You will collaborate with Sales, IT and country stakeholders, deliver training, manage incidents, support SIT/UAT, and ensure CRM updates and reporting. Travel will exceed 50% during deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales front office processes and CRM support.
• Degree in business administration, economics, IT, engineering or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Ability to analyze business information and document processes.
• Ability to work with local Key Users and IT to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate a network of local Sales Front Office Key Users and provide second-level support.
• Coordinate Key User onboarding and regular training.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions locally.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Sales Front Office deployment across the Wave 1 countries.
• Manage Sales Front Office incidents and coordinate escalations with IT and other support teams.
• Identify and coordinate process improvements and change requests across the wave.
• Act as Wave 1 point of contact for CRM updates and contribute as SME to project teams.
• Ensure the availability of required Sales Front Office reports.
