Job summary

Still Sverige Ab in Poland seeks a seasoned professional to coordinate Sales Front Office activities, including Sales Management and CRM, as part of the Wave 1 SAP S/4HANA deployment. You will work across Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, and more, aligning local Key Users and driving testing, training and process improvements.

You will build a network of local users, deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions, manage SIT/UAT, and ensure timely CRM updates and reporting, while enabling

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales process management.
• Degree in business administration, economics, IT, engineering or related field is desirable.
• In-depth understanding of Sales Front Office processes.
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Experience in analysing business information, documenting processes and identifying improvements.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues with local Key Users and IT.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate network of local Sales Front Office Key Users and provide second-level support.
• Coordinate Key User onboarding and training for Key Users and end users.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions and deliver relevant training locally.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Sales Front Office deployment across the Wave 1 countries.
• Manage Sales Front Office incidents, resolve tickets within your area of responsibility and coordinate escalations with IT and other support teams.
• Identify and coordinate process improvements and change requests across the wave. Represent Wave 1 in the federated change governance structure.
• Act as the Wave 1 point of contact for CRM updates and contribute as a subject matter expert to relevant project teams.
• Ensure the availability of required Sales Front Office reports.
