Job summary

KION Group is seeking a capable Sales Front Office coordinator to drive SAP S/4HANA migration support across Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, and other Wave 1 countries. You will build a local Key User network, train users, and oversee testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements while collaborating with IT and global teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales process management.
• Degree or equivalent experience in business, IT or engineering is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Ability to analyse business information and improve processes.
• Willingness to travel across Wave 1 countries.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate a network of local Sales Front Office Key Users and provide second-level support.
• Coordinate Key User role confirmation, enrolment, onboarding and regular training for Key Users and end users.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions and deliver the relevant training locally.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Sales Front Office deployment across the Wave 1 countries.
• Manage Sales Front Office incidents, resolve tickets within your area of responsibility and coordinate escalations with IT and other support teams.
• Identify and coordinate process improvements and change requests across the wave.
• Represent Wave 1 in the federated change governance structure.
• Act as the Wave 1 point of contact for CRM updates and contribute as a subject matter expert to relevant project teams.
• Ensure the availability of required Sales Front Office reports.
