Job summary

Smile Poland is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Center Manager to lead its Kraków operations. The candidate should have 15+ years in IT delivery, with leadership in a delivery center and a strong background in IT infrastructure and software lifecycles.

You will manage a large team, work with Eastern Europe teams, and collaborate with global business units. Fluency in English and Polish is essential, French is a bonus. A strategic yet hands-on leader will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field - Bachelor's or Master's.
8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, including leadership time spent in a delivery center environment.
Strong tech background in IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and current tech trends; able to make strategic calls with technical impact.
Hands-on experience in development environments to speak the same language as teams.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivery projects across Eastern Europe; collaboration is key.
Led large-scale IT programs using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills that build trust and drive results.
Fluency in English and Polish; French adds bonus points.
Experience with budget management, delivery KPIs, and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

Own and run the full delivery operation in Poland.
Build strong business relationships with clients.
Ensure smooth, high-quality delivery of IT services and solutions.
Drive continuous improvement, client success, and team growth.
Lead 100+ people in Poland and coordinate with delivery centers in France, Morocco, and Ukraine.
