Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Global Reporting Coordinator to support the Account Management team. The role focuses on analytics, data integration, and PMO operations to enhance visibility and efficiency in project delivery.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports, consolidate data from multiple sources, maintain trackers, and coordinate sign-off with stakeholders. English fluency and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in a professional setting.
• Basic real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources for recurring reports.
• Attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with AdaptiveWork, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in reporting automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly project and portfolio reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate project data from multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Follow up with Project Managers and Program Managers to obtain inputs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers, one-pagers, status updates, and reporting repositories.
• Support reporting on budgets, schedules, spend, risks, milestones, and performance.
• Create executive summaries and management reporting materials.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across reporting platforms.
• Update and maintain reporting tools and databases.
• Coordinate report reviews and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Support PMO governance activities, meeting documentation, and action tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to portfolio and PMO activities.
