Job summary

JLL in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to deliver financial excellence for a large client account, working hybrid with three in-office days. You will drive financial control, shape commercial insights, and provide robust reporting to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a similar finance analyst role, preferably supporting international clients.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, macros) and strong analytical skills.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and performance analysis to JLL and client teams.
Lead commercial analysis, including planning, forecasting, savings tracking, and baseline control.
Engage directly with client stakeholders to support budget and forecast development.
Analyze financial trends to identify issues and propose corrective solutions.
Deputize for the Client Finance Manager as needed, ensuring service continuity.
