Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a hybrid role combining hands-on recruiting with HR operations support to strengthen global Talent Acquisition sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Youll actively source and screen candidates while owning operational work that makes hiring and joining Netwrix smooth and professional.

This is an initial 6-month assignment with potential to impact how our recruitment team operates and scales. If you enjoy people, process, and detail, this role is built for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a talent acquisition support role.
• Experience in HR operations or an HR generalist capacity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active hiring cycles and onboarding tasks.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates, new hires, internal teams, and external partners.
• Comfortable working across time zones and supporting a global recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels, mainly focusing on EMEA & APAC.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and anticipated requisitions to support high-volume hiring.
• Screen candidates for role fit, availability, and cultural alignment, coordinate interviews, and move workflows smoothly.
• Serve as the operational bridge between Talent and Operations, ensuring systems access and day-one logistics.
