Netwrix Corporation seeks a hybrid Talent Acquisition/HR Operations professional to source and screen candidates globally, owning on-boarding as well as operational logistics for new hires. This 6‑month assignment focuses on strengthening how our global team sources, screens, and onboards candidates.

You will build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across time zones, influencing hiring processes across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in candidate sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Experience in HR operations or an HR generalist role.
• Excellent organizational and time-zone aware communication.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source candidates for open roles in EMEA & APAC.
• Build pipelines and support high-volume hiring.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.
